1. Damaged Items:
We understand that accidents happen during transit. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you. To initiate a return or refund for damaged items, please send an email to ausomereturns@casler.info within 15 days of receiving your order. In your email, include a clear photo of the damaged item and ensure the order number is in the subject field. We will process your request promptly.

2. Unique Products:
All our products are unique and crafted only once ordered. This means that each item is produced specifically for you. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.

3. No Returns or Refunds:
With the exception of damaged items, we do not offer returns or refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to our customer support team before placing your order.

4. Claims Period:
For damaged items, claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
